UK Domestic Delivery

Standard Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days*. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

‘Collect from Club’ Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days*. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

International Delivery

KITVENDR provide international delivery by request only. If you wish to have a KITVENDR order delivered to an address outwith the UK, please email us at hello@kitvendr.com and we will provide you with a cost for shipping to your location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KITVENDR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
