One of our primary objectives at KITVENDR is to not only provide a first class ecommerce service and product range, but also to support our club partners in maximising their sales via their website and social media channels. As such, we will soon be rolling out our accompanying marketing strategy which is designed to assist clubs in promoting their product range. From simple advice like setting up their Facebook Shop tab to running a pre-launch teaser campaign and post launch material to highlight their product range, new product launches and special offers, etc.

However, there are a number of simple and effective ways that clubs can use to boost sales, none more so than posting photos of their players and supporters wearing their club merch. This can be simple shots taken on a smartphone (with all necessary filters applied!) to enlisting the help of a photographer perhaps an existing club photographer or photography enthusiast, to take some high quality model style shots of your star player(s) wearing their caps, beanies and Ts. Just as professional clubs use their star players to model their merchandise, amateur and community clubs can do the same. This helps to raise the profile of your team and players whilst also providing an effective method of boosting your income. And what’s more, it’s free to do! We can also then add some of these shots to your product gallery on your KITVENDR store.

Here are some example shots we took with our friends the Commonwealth Crusaders to give you some ideas of the type of shots that work well. So why not arrange a mini photoshoot or grab a few players before training one night?
